Lack of interest Consistent Forum Index H1 Title when using Index Page Route

The H1 title on the Forum Index page is template hardcoded to the Board Title

When you're using an Index Page Route ( /admin.php?options/groups/basicBoard/ ) so that you have a different Home/Portal page, using the Board Title for H1 title becomes inconsistent with the rest of the site (eg. xF Rm and Members tabs, etc.).

Thus, suggest that Template forum_list be changed to ensure consistency ...
