XF 2.2 Connected Accounts module bug

There is bug with Facebook integration, i get response

An error occurred while connecting with Facebook. Please try again later.

While being redirected from facebook to the forum.
The confusing is that on the first step i'm being asked to re-enter my pasword and give permission and there is okay, then when it will be redirected to the my forum it gives an error.

Valid OAuth Redirect URIs
$FORUM_URL/connected_accounts.php

The application secret key is fine.

I'm wondering why this bug appears.

On the basis that the integration is working here, I do not currently believe there to be a bug so for now this needs more troubleshooting.

I would double check the XF manual to ensure all steps for creating the application have been followed in the first instance.

Note: To perform this test, the provider must support redirecting to the following URL:

https://forum.gametracker.vip/connected_account.php

Application ID & secret are fine. My facebook application is supporting this URI.

So, why this bug appears?
For the first time when clicking Log in via Facebook you will be prompted to give permissions.
but after that you will get that error i've quoted in my previous post.
