XF 1.4 Confirmation email issues?

Hey,

Im having issues with the confirmation emails users get sent out. When a user registers the email is sent and arrives in their inbox but when they click on it, it never activates there accounts. Any idea on how to fix it?

You say it doesn't activate the account, but what does the page it takes them to show?
