XF 1.4 Configuration Builder - Nothing Happens

I am trying to install XF 1.4

I enter my database username, password, database name, click on "Test & Generate Confirguation", and then nothing happens except that the page refreshes and all fields are blank again.

What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind, I re-downloaded XF, re-uploaded the files, and now it's working.
