Not a bug Comments for moderation not deleting

To reproduce:

Somebody comments twice in an album comment box (not media item, actual album).
You delete both (soft delete).
You want to permanently delete. Moderation won't let you, the check is stuck in the box and the only option is Deselect All which does not work. So you have to Show/Delete individually.

This is not something I can reproduce, but I think I know where the misunderstanding happens.

After the posts have been soft deleted, you are left with two placeholders:



The inline moderation checkbox doesn't display until you click "Show..." therefore the checkbox icon button in the top right also will not work.

Inline moderation works in a similar way on threads too but there's no plans to change it at this time.
