XF 1.5 Command line upgrade.

Just want to confirm that, I'm following the below procedure to upgrade my board from 1.5.1 to 1.5.21, is it enough right?

After uploading all the contents of the "upload" directory to my root, I do run the following command.

php library/XenForo/Install/run-upgrade.php

Is it enough, will it also upgrade the templates as well? I'm asking this, since I noticed the "footer" template was not upgraded and I had to fix the privacy_policy issue manually. So, just wanted to check if all the templates were upgraded successfully.

Outdated templates will be marked as such and you will need to take action such as merging.
