Does anyone have a good way to pull a color scheme from a logo, etc.?

I have this start automatically with Windows and the icon resides in the system tray so it's accessible to any application. Allows you to get an exact match to any part of the logo or any other part of a web page. Just click the icon and drag it to any part of the screen to get the color code.
