Code Event Listener - Tutorial Possible?

Okay... I just sent the form action to nowhere, and read it back into the extended index... works fine.

I do have another question though... how do I extend the create thread page, then read in the extended data?

Okay... I cant figure out how to extend the create thread page using code event listeners... so I have another idea...

Is it possible to take control of the create thread function? Basically when someone clicks Create Thread, if that is a specific forum, instead of sending them to the create thread form, send them to a customized form so that they can create an Event Thread?
