Cloud Server, has anyone tried it with Xenforo as a substitute for a "traditional" dedicated server?

Cloud hosting would be shared if I understand correctly....

I am looking to see what's the closest option to a dedicated server on the cloud....which I presume would be a Cloud Server.

shared is not cloud hosting

there is shared, cloud, VPS and Dedicate hosting
