Fixed Clicking the Insert Quotes button in a conversation doesn't work

This is possibly related to the other MQ issue.

I have a quote saved (stuck) in the bank.

Clicking the button in a conversation does not insert the quote.

While there is a case where inserting into a conversation is useful, that wasn't really a targeted behavior. Essentially, it was a bug that the insert quote button appeared there, so it's been hidden now. (MQ isn't really designed to function across content types - it's fairly thread/post specific.)

Personally, I'd like to see it work for conversations too, so I made a suggestion:

I can definitely imagine cases where someone would want to quote multiple blog replies, blog posts, reviews, etc...
