Fixed Clicking on Edit for conversations when edit limit timer runs out doesn't show any error

Are we talking about editing the conversation record itself, such as this edit button?



If so, that's expected. The edit time limit only applies to conversation messages.

There are no permissions as to who can edit the conversation. If you are the conversation starter, you can edit the conversation at any time.

I believe he means for an individual conversation message.

Yes that could be it actually. My apologies. I didn't actually test it, I just looked at the code, but what I missed from that is that the error is swallowed in the QuickEdit JavaScript.

This actually affects posts as well as conversations. Editing is blocked, but no error message is shown.
