I have a user that is complaining about alerts, saying that every time they log in they have 40+ alerts due to new posts, threads, etc. in a forum. My assumption is they're subscribed to the forum and I've gone over multiple times how to unsubscribe but they don't seem to understand how to make that happen and they're still claiming it's an issue. Is there a way to manually go into the database and unsubscribe them from a forum, thread, etc? I've looked over the schema and I think I know where it might be, but wanted to confirm here first.
