Clean Admin UI - Remove extra information from the Admin UI for admin users without explicit permissions

If you create an admin user but don't give them any admin permissions, you'll see the following information in the admin cp.

You'll also see a bunch of other warnings and notices, depending on what's happening on your server.

Cool! Would it be possible to create an addon to keep the language of the admin panel in English?

I have a forum where everything is in Dutch, but I can’t stand the admin panel being in Dutch. I’m so used to the English version that I keep clicking on the wrong things.

Isn't that separate? I have my admin cp in English and the forum in Dutch.

I also can't stand it being in Dutch, very confusing when looking things up here and trying to apply them.

Same. I live in Argentina for almost 5 years now, and before that I used to live in ireland for 2 years. Nowadays I barely speak any Dutch, just with family (even though I sometimes forget some words). I do miss Tijgerbrood tho jajajaja
