Clarification on terms of service

"Each License may run one instance of the Software, accessible via one URL. Any attempt to circumvent this limitation is prohibited and will result in the License being revoked."

Does this really mean I can't have two domains leading to my forums, for example:
http://www.myforums.com
and
http://www.mycoolforums.com

Both leading to the same forums.

If this is not permitted, may I ask why?
