I have followed one of the annotations to change the direction of the forum to rtl

But encountered a problem in Tooltips .. Did not change its direction

What is the solution to change the direction of the Tooltips ..??

XenForo 1.1. is scheduled for release this summer.

These tooltips are jQuery powered elements. Hence, you might wish to dig into JavaScript files. The instructions you followed are probably no more valid in many places because of those were written at the time of Beta 2 release. Also, you will have an issue in member card avatar, if its width is lesser than the available space, its alignment will be to the other end.
