XF 1.3 Chinese input problem

since my site upgrade to 1.3.1, if I enable redactor, the chinese input method will crash my browser, only two way works, one click somewhere outside textinput area first, second method is just disable redactor, I can still input chinese, please help

btw, no problem on xf1.1 and 1.2.4

found the reason, new chrome v.34 keep setting default input method to English, no problems on previous version
