Changing licence owner

Hey

If I was to hand my forum over to someone else, what happens when the license needs renewing? Can they create a new licence?

Licenses are eligible to be transferred 120 days after purchase, must be active, and not have been transferred previously.

Yes, they can.
You keep yours and they can register the forum for their new license.

Or if you're not going to use the license anymore, just transfer it to them, and they can then renew it as usual (they just can't transfer it again). [from what I've read]
