Changing default font

Where do I change the default font (looks like Times New Roman?) for post content? Also, is there a global css file? I am coming from vb and did many changes that way. Thanks.

To change the Times New Roman font in posts (actually it's Georgia but they're similar):

Appearance > Styles > Your Style > Style Property Groups > Message Elements > Message Text

and just change the Font Family box.

You can put all of your CSS in extra.css.
