XF 2.2 Change top navigation?

I would like to move a couple items to this top navigation with just the icons that already exist. Media Gallery & Resource Manager. I've been searching ACP and can't find it.


This would give a couple spots to put in some custom coded pages like About, etc.

Hm, thought since they were built in features, that ya could help.

Yea, I know that now. The theme is really nice and allows user-selectable backgrounds from ones I upload, so they can make it a 'them' theme of sorts.
