XF 1.3 Change callToAction button border in callToActionHover?

In the style property Call-to-Action Container (callToAction) I have a border color specified. In Call-to-Action Hover (callToActionHover) I am changing the button color entirely. As part of the change I would like to change the container border to match the new button color.

At present I am not seeing how I can get the container border to change during the hover event. Is it possible?
