Where and how can I change the background color at media/full?

There is no way to set the background colour here. This isn't an XF page that loads up. It is the raw image loaded directly from the original file on the file system so its appearance is controlled by the browser/OS you use.

As I say, it's not within our power to do that. It's not a HTML page. It's a raw image, and that's just how whichever browser you use chooses to display that image.
