Change a message in xf_post table

When I change a message directly in mysql, it does nothing on the post in the thread.
Do I have to rebuild a cache or something like that?

OK, It's bb cache. It's fixed.

It's preferable to use the front end when possible, quite a few things are handled for you via the front end that direct edits don't account for.
