I have one phrase that doesn't want to change its status:

Tried that. after I revert it and translate it again, it goes back to outdated phrases.

I don't have RM, but I do have elastic search.

It is a general problem and has nothin to do with RM or Elastic Search
Take a look

This is fixed for the next ES update - the version number on those phrases is now correct.
