XF 1.3 Can't see Edit Signature link?

Fresh install then import from MyBB in my sandbox and I do not see a link for editing signatures:



The administer and registered users are permed for this (I am in the administrative group):



What am I missing?

Thanks, that was it. It was set to all 0..

Does anyone know why it was set to "0" for every user group so there is no sig by default for anyone?
Do I have to change the values manually on every user group?

The recommended permission setup only needs non-0 in the registered group. If you're coming from another software, you probably aren't using the recommended permission/group setup, so you would need to make more changes.
