Can't raise a support ticket

As it say's it doesn't recognise my email address. Perhaps I entered it incorrectly when registering? I'm not sure, although my purchase should be tied to this forum account.

Can an admin please check this for me please? I can send my correct email and paypal email that I used to pay by PM if need by.

Are you logging in to your customer account using the correct email address and password?

The email address isn't necessarily the same as the one used for your forum account.

If you're still having problems, please use the Contact Us form.

Thanks yet again Brogan, I've dropped them a line using the from. I've tried the only two emails it could be and I keep getting 'No customer could be found with that email address'.
