Not a bug Can't post replies on Forum

So my forum has been buggy.

My friend who installed the software says that he believes it's due to the user permissions, and told me recheck them. I don't see how that could be the problem, but apparently it did fix some of the bugs. However, it seems impossible for me to fix this one particular problem which is the last and biggest detriment impeding my community from moving in to it from our old forum.

Is it possible that it could be an add on that's responsible?
