Fixed Can't move a thread

I have been finding it difficult moving a thread from one section to the other. The dialog box only display half, there is not submit button.

Looks like the overlay is too long.

Can you reproduce this on the default style?

I have moved this to bugs as it may be that the modal window needs to scroll.

It appeared full on default style.

It has been working before on my current style.

I have added some code to detect the overlay height and adjust a few things based on that.

That said, the issue here does appear to be from a rather large font on your custom style more than anything else. Because of that, you may need to make changes in some areas (such as adding the "NoFixedOverlay" class to specific templates, if needed). The change I've made for the next release should help in most cases though.
