can't give rating to resources

why I can not rating any resource?
write review and chose stars, but the rating button is faint not press able

You need to associate your forum account with your customer account to gain access.

Otherwise, reviews need 100+ characters and it can be only for those you have downloaded, IIRC.

Then other conditions apply - if you can access the review box, make sure you write a review that is more than 100 characters in length.
