    Hi guys,

I have an old iPad and I am wondering if there is a way to download new apps on it?

I can't seem to update the iPad as it gives me no update option from the general settings area. I think I am on 3.2.... something.

If the apps do not support the iOS version or hardware version you're using, then no.

You can run iOS 5 on an original iPad. You need to update your iOS version first and then see what Apps are available for it. You can't do an update unless your device is connected to iTunes on a Mac/PC since older versions of iOS don't support over-the-air updates.
