XF 2.0 Cant delete whats in approval que?

I am the main admin, have been forever - I went to approval que (which has been awhile) and when I click on the delete options, then click save the screen refreshes but it still shows the same items in que that I chose the delete option on? Why are these not removing from the approval que?

Are you using an ad blocker? If so, disable it or at least whitelist the site as it may be this that is causing issues (possibly with the marketing phrase).

No, I even tried using just Safari too nothing.

What about going to the actual thread itself and deleting it?
