Fixed Can't delete selected text in editor in IE11

If text is selected in the editor in IE 11, it can't be deleted by pressing Del or Backspace.

This seems to be a regesssion caused by Froala 2.9.4 which might already be fixed since Froala 2.9.5

Update
Patching js/xf/editor-compiled.js with the Froala 2.9.5 source fixed the issue, so it is definitly caused by Froala regression.

One of our users has reported problems with the WYSIWYG editor in IE11 since XenForo 2.1.2, too. He says that quoting doesn't work correctly for him anymore. I have now manually updated to Froala 2.9.5 as well.

Wenn ich um 1 Uhr morgens auf CB unterwegs bin werden mir Threads vom jeweiligen gestern angezeigt, allerdings mit Erstelldatum und nicht mit Erstelluhrzeit. Uhrzeit fände ich deutlich sinnvoller, weil es hier NIE vorkommt das an einem Tag kleinergleich 10 Threads erstellt werden.
