XF 1.3 Can't create a sibling node

Hi,

First time user of xenforo here and I'm unable to create a sibling node.

This is the method that I've tried: Applications>Node tree>forum>create new..sibling

However, whenever I click create sibling, it always direct me to the 'create child node' instead of 'create sibling node' of the forum page.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

A sibling will be a child of the same parent.
