No. Elasticsearch must be installed to run Enhanced search and Similar threads function.

No, you need to have elasticsearch installed to get it working with enhanced search and similar threads.

My add-on does not require Elasticsearch or Enhanced search, but it does support it if you have it.

Sadly my server is not eligible to install Elasticsearch (requirements 4GB RAM, 2 Core)

Perhaps I was not clear enough. My add-on DOES NOT REQUIRE Elasticsearch.
