XF 2.1 Cannot save any changes in ACP

On my test site (which is a copy of my current live installation) I cannot save any changes in ACP.

On Safari the page just refreshes without the change. On Firefox I get a message:

Security error occurred. Please press back, refresh the page, and try again.

On the live site everything seems fine.

Can anyone please help? Thanks

Did you add this to the bottom of your src/config.php file?

$config['cookie'] = array(
'prefix' => 'test_',
'path' => '/',
'domain' => ''
);

No I just have this: (which has been working up until now)

$config['cookie']['prefix'] = 'xf2_';
$config['cookie']['path'] = '/';
$config['cookie']['domain'] = '';

Tried the code you said and cannot login to ACP at all.

I would ensure you follow the steps for duplicating your site as outlined here, https://xenforo.com/community/resources/how-to-duplicate-a-live-site-to-use-as-a-test-site.2792/ following the one for on your server. It's for XF1 but the step are similar.

It turns out was LiteSpeed code, I must have decided to try that at some time and forgotten all about it.
