Cannot reply to pcs but can start a new one

One of my forum members cannot reply to pc but he can start a new one. Do you think that would be a browser related issue? I just asked him to delete his cache and reload the site again.

I am guessing that conversation is locked for replies. The creator of the conversation can click Edit Conversation to change that.

Thanks Jake. But he has that problem with all the conversations. I haven't locked any conversation between him and me and he still replies via a new pc.

Can you reproduce the problem yourself? Try asking for his password and logging in as him. It might be user error.

I can't think of any other explanations off hand.

Okay, so this is what's happening. If this particular member creates a conversation, no one can reply to it. I could not see this issue until today when I got message from this member. Screen-shot below with only member name and message blurred. Need help please.



There's no problem replying to others conversations.

Okay, so this is what happened. The conversation creator used to lock conversation she thought it wasn't private otherwise. Issue is now solved.

That was pretty much what we suspected

At least we've got to the bottom of the issue and it's now resolved.
