Cannot make an user moderator

Hi there,

I found that I cannot do that through the "make this user a moderator":



When I click it happens nothing. The user doesn't become mod.
Any help?

It takes you to a form to start the process -- there's still configuration you need to do and questions you need to answer to make them a moderator.

oh, I see. Thanks for the clarification.
Shouldn't then be best if you change that link for something like: "take me to the form to make this user admin/moderator"?

It takes you to a form to start the process -- there's still configuration you need to do and questions you need to answer to make them a moderator.

It takes you to a form listing all the moderators.
There is the option to "Create New Moderator", not the option to click to make that member a moderator.
Then have to choose a "Moderator User Name".
