XF 2.2 Cannot edit templates

I get this when trying to edit page_container template:

I disabled all add-ons and still have the same message.

I figured this one out... I have Cloudflare on this site. I disabled Cloudflare, and the issue disappeared. I re-enabled Cloudflare after making the edit.

You should be able to whitelist whichever rule is being triggered.
