XF 2.1 Cannot Change avatar

Hi,

I am having some issues with changing avatars. I don't know how this happened, but now no user can change their avatar after setting it for the first time. When a user attempts to change the avatar, it simply reverts back to their previous one. Even when they choose to delete the avatar and upload a new one, it will still revert it back to the previous one. I cannot change their avatar as an admin either.

No it is not a permission error. It acts as if everything works normally, but it won't update the avatars and just reverts it back to the old one. Or even weirder, I am having a mix match avatar on my forums right now:

It will be something server side such as cloudflare, or caching.

You clearly have a specific set up on the server too, judging by the headers.
