XF 2.2 Can users ignore an entire Group?

Is there way for a user to ignore an entire group? For example, a user doesn't want to see any "Guest" posts. Is there a way to do that?

XF 2.2 Is there an email bounce block list/blacklist/blocklist? Or is the only record the user state change? Can accounts be blocked for bounced emails?
