I guess there are many forums with moderated posts for new users, for special users or for all users.
Working with the moderating queue means to read these posts and approve or delete them normally.
Just at this point, I should be allowed to react to a post. Everything else is much, much, much more work.
People like it very much to get good reactions, and I like it to reward a good feeling to users with good posts.
Please add permission to react to moderated posts.
