Can Pages do this??

Is there a way to recreate this in XF?

I realize there is no downloads addon.
I also have a set forums under Chapter Programs.
I'm trying to get away with having two sections. One CMS and one forum.
I created a Page as a subforum in my autocross forum section.
I don't think Pages will work since I don't know how to make them dynamic.
I also have to have multiple pages. For instance, I would think I need 3 subpages for above content.

I also need to repeat above for several other different sections.
I'm thinking maybe I need a dedicated CMS?

Pages support PHP Callback so you can make them dynamic.
Obviously that requires the relevant knowledge but I'm sure there are plenty of developers who can help with an add-on/coding.

So assuming I find someone to write a callback which I guess are like modules?, I can add recent threads or whatever else I want to pull from the database.

That still leaves me with the content portion.
I see the only way to have multiple articles on one page is to hard code it.
The page in my first post would have excerpts of each article with a link to its own page.

It is nice that each page would be referenced in the page menu, but any changes have to be done in two places.
This probably answers my question which I kinda thought. To do what I want, I need a CMS but that still leaves me with the same setup I have now.
Fortunately I have time as long as I don't have to add any widgets to my vB4 site.
