XF 1.5 Can only edit conversation for five minutes?

Some of my members are complaining because they are losing the "edit" link after five minutes for conversations. I looked and looked and could not find anything in Admin that would allow me to adjust that. Can anyone help?

Users > User Group Permissions > Registered > Conversation Permissions > Time limit on editing own messages (minutes): 5
