XF 2.0 Can I change the url of my site?

My forum isn't doing as well as I hoped it would. I'm thinking about totally revamping it, with a different web address. Can I do this without having to buy another license?

Yes.

As long as you only have one instance of the software installed at a time, you can change it as often as you like.

Just ensure you update the site URL and title in your customer account.

how to change base url on database ? i'm installed this in localhost, after i move to hosting and then error can not change url localhost .

Please don't change things in the database correctly. You can change it in the control panel. If you can't get into that, the limitation wouldn't be inside XenForo.
