Can delete post when merging

Manage (move, merge, etc.) any thread
these permission must be separated! why? when moderators have not permission to delete posts, they can merge posts & delete text that is now allowed to delete at all

Yes, by keeping these permissions separate from one another, we are able to have better control. When we talk about moving threads or merging threads, or deleting threads, w we keep these permissions the same, moderators may delete threads by moving them and editing them.
