Can a blog section be integrated in the forum?

Can I integrate a blog section in the forum? Not integrate a forum to the website or blogg as xenforo.com, but like a menu option with a blog?
 
The «User Blogs System addon» is not for sale, so does anyone know of a blog addon to use for Xenforo 2.x?
