Whilst my internet access will be reduced, I plan to regularly check for updates and make changes as necessary - however, that big file won't be updating during the course if there are any case filing updates. Hopefully, I should have the PDF of the court transcript by then.

I had a dream last night about XF winning the cases in both the UK and US and VBSI was forced to close down, but, we were all in lanzarotte on a clifface looking over a beach i've surfed on many times having the trial while eating lunch. After XF won I drove to New York to catch my flight home back to the UK :eek:

Thats a little bit weird even by my standards :confused:

LOL. Glad to know I'm not the only one who has strange dreams. Although you're braver than I, for telling about them.

If I told my doctor about some of the dreams I have he would probably have me sectioned.

oh..right. I take that back. In my dream, I was Luke Skywalker and Kier played the part of Princess Leia. :D

EDIT: And it was the scene where Leia was in that skimpy outfit and chained up by Jabba the Hutt, since I find Kier so sexy and all..:cautious:

Technically this is a nightmare as we are all on pins and needles waiting for this case to get thrown out, but we are dreaming that IB goes out of business in the process of trying to get back at Kier, Mike and Ashley
 
I agree that it sucks to wait on what I think should be an obvious judgement but in my opinion isn't really on cue with what it seems. To me it's more like "in the process of attacking Kier Mike and Ashley out of spite for delivering a better product" but alas we wait for the results of this tedious and drawn out proceeding. I guess IB thinks all the world's a stage because it appears to me as Ib is using the courtroom as it's forum for their play. I say enough with their theatrics and get to the curtains already..no encore...thanks.
