Whilst you retain that right, I have revoked and removed the privilege of maintaining access to the relevant document(s).

Another point of clarity, you only removed the documents from a site you control. The documents are otherwise available in other locations, that you nor the courts control. :)

As far as I am aware and that I have seen myself, no other parties are in possession of the document(s). I think I've left the grey area [ I'm looking behind me just to check ]

Is it me or does the plaintiff make a lot of mistakes with documents, think this is the third time that mistakes where made with documents.

As that pillar of judicial TV entertainment (Judge Judy) would say, "If you tell the truth you won't have to keep remembering what you said and telling a different story when you can't"

I am not sure if I want to go for 2nd division lawyers or poor liars so for now I am saying both:LOL:

The many mistakes being made by the prosecution reminds me of journalist Matt Taibbi's expose on the foreclosure court in Florida which gave banks all the time they needed to keep "correcting" every mistake they made. In other words, whenever the banks' malevolence and unfairness toward the defendant home owner was apparent, the judge encouraged them to do a better job covering it up before proceeding with the case.

I read somewhere in this thread some odd ways back that IB at some point threatened to go after people who were using xenForo? Can someone point me to the relevant document and/or discussion? I'm still playing catch up with this whole thing.

I don't think they ever said directly they were going to go after web masters running XenForo... it was more an implied threat that if they won they might go after them...

Because THAT would win them all kinds of customers. LOL.

You would think that a competing product would encourage innovation. If I had a business and an ex employee left to start their own similar company, I'd use that as an excuse to make my product that much better and win customer favor based on the merits of my efforts.

Instead they choose to spend money on attacking that competitor.

They really **** the bed on this one.

Could you by chance provide a link to this implied threat? I'd like to read it. =)

It has probably been removing, but it was one of the deciding factors for many vBulletin supporters to end ties with them as a company.
This is the internet. Nothing can ever be permanently removed. It exists somewhere. I just have no idea what to look for or where exactly.

I'm lazy, otherwise I'd have found it. I remember there were a few posts that had screenshots of all the posts posted at the time in case they were changed.

I couldn't tell you exactly.

I think it was posted on Vbulletin.com in the first thread where they offically announced they were suing XenForo

I think you are referring to the original announcement:

We trust that software purchasers understand the risks of infringement of copyright law and act accordingly. We have requested that Kier, Mike and Ashley refrain from selling the software while the issues, inclusive of our infringement claims, are heard in the courts.
