Partial fix Cached search results return deleted items

When using in-line moderation from search results, there doesn't appear any way to flush the old cached search results after deleting/moderating items.

This makes it impossible to repeat the search to determine if any results where missed, without inspecting each returned item as search results do not indicate if the item is deleted/moderated.

I think the easiest way to handle this is to force admins/moderators to not use cached results. Adding better status indicators is probably out of scope for a change right now.

So now, if you rerun the search, it will do a fresh search based on the standard rules. After running the action, you'll still be using the cached result, which has good and bad effects (page navigation is maintained and actions can be undone easily, but equally it may not be clear what you've taken action against).
