Buying question

Hi,

I work for a large company. And the way my company works is with purchasers.

So I need to get an offer with a purchase order number. Then hand it over to somebody else and if all parties agree they will act on the offer, buy the license and hand it over to me.

Is it possible to get a PO number? Or do I need to find another way?
