XF 2.2 Bulk importing custom fields

In 2.2 there seem to be new parameters for custom fields such as wrapper_template and location_options.

I’ve run into some issues bulk importing custom fields in 2.2 with the above parameters missing.

I’m wondering if there are any other parameters in 2.2 that I’m not aware of.
